Prairieland Community Supported Agriculture (PCSA) links Champaign and Urbana residents with locally produced and pesticide-free produce. The network was started by the Common Ground Food Co-op shareholders in 1994. To receive the share from June through November shareholders must sign up for the PCSA in January. The cost is $400 before January 1, which is about $21.39 per week. The vegetables are ripe, delicious and abundant.
