Tandem: Champaign-Urbana's Bicycle-Themed Poster Event allows the bicycle and design communities to combine their efforts in a way that will be mutually beneficial for both groups, and for the C-U community as a whole. We got the idea from the nationalArtCrank series, which puts on similar shows in larger cities around the country. Rochester, NY, also has a program along the same lines called Spokes & Ink.
The opening for Tandem will be Friday, October 19, 2012, at Cafe Kopi. There will be posters and original artwork for sale at reasonable prices.
