Ingbert is currently a Ph.D. student at the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
He has been actively involved with the Graduate Employees Organization (GEO), Illinois Federation of Teachers/American Federation of Teachers (IFT/AFT) Local 6300, AFL-CIO.
