Keiichi is a sushi restaurant located on 500 N. Elm st. Its menu has base items and items that change daily depending on what is fresh and available. It is owned and operated by chef Keiichi Nagano who prepares the food right in front of you. There are a limited number of seats, so make sure you make a reservation. Prices vary, but generally run high.  Completely worth it, though, if you've got the cash to burn.  You may even see Keiichi enjoy a tall glass of Japanese vodka while he works - doesn't seem to affect the quality of his work in any way, shape, or form.
