Star Parties

Star parties are held on the 1st Saturday of every month, and begin 30 minutes after sundown (weather permitting). The cost to attend is $5.00 per person, payable via cash or check only. Children 4 years and younger get in free. Not many people go, so if you get a bunch of friends together you can all look through telescopes more or less uninterrupted. Ideally go on a cold, clear night - the visibility is the best, and people are even less likely to show up because they would rather be inside. There will be people there (usually grad students) to talk about neat things to see on that night.

Parking

Parking is non-existent at this time, so park on the street and be prepared to walk through the grass.
