White Bison is an American rock band from Denton, Texas. The band first gained popularity playing a handful of shows across the Dallas Fort Worth Area, and later signing with local agent SER Media and Associates.
History
White Bison formed in early 2012 by a group of students at the University of North Texas. The initial lineup consisted of Jesse Haynes (vocals, guitars, keyboards), Craig Rowley (keys, vocals, guitars), Ethan Dorsett (guitar), Spencer Wharton (bass) and Matt VanHiel (drums). The band's first show coincided with the release of their debut EP, White Bison. The EP consisted of 9 tracks with most of the songs written by Dorsett and Haynes. The EP was recorded in Denton in spring 2012. In 2013 the band reformatted its line up to consist of Jesse Haynes (Vocals, Guitar), Ethan Dorsett ( Guitar), Mark Randall (Bass) , and Martin Morgan (keys, synth). The Band is currently finishing their second EP which will be released at the end of the summer 2013.
