Graffiti vandals do their tagging in City of Denton like anywhere else. Per sec.28.08 , graffiti is a criminal offense with penalties starting at Misdemeanor C. Permitting graffiti to remain on your property is a municipal code violation. Citizens can lodge a a complaint about graffiti here
