Originally known as Emma Avenue, Orchard Hill St SE is a street located off of Lake Drive near Fuller. The street was renamed by the original 15 property owners desire to improve the street. The name "Orchard Hill" was determined based on the proximity to the Calkins Orchard and the need for the street to be "in better harmony with the artistic nature of the locality". 

The street currently has 19 lots, some of which are duplexes and is paved in brick lined with two lychgates. The lychgates were originally constructed out of brick pillars, oak timbers, and red tile.
