Other information: This was the home of Maurice Stark in 1925, Dr. Arthur Vorwald in 1938, the Leonard Grote family in 1945, and the Carter Castleman family in 1948.
It was listed as an excellent one-acre building lot by Frank Casier in 1959, and by 1961 a story says he had built a house there. In 1962 it was the home of Gerald Corbett.
