NEW MILFORD. Conn. - Mrs. Abigail Maitland Haskins, 82, widow of Dr. Charles H. Haskins of 19 Poplar St. here, formerly of Saranac Lake, died at the New Milford Nursing Home Monday after a long illness.
She was born in New York City, a daughter of the late William and Mary (Darrah) Warnock.
Mrs. Haskins was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Saranac Lake, active in the Budget Box and a member of the General Hospital of Saranac Lake auxiliary.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Robert A. Bogie of New Milford; three sisters, Mrs. Marguerite W. Gutshow of Hollywood, Fla., Mrs. Bunell Peterson of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Mrs. Thomas M. Jennings of Santa Barbara, Calif., and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church in New Milford. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
There are no calling hours. Memorials may be made to St. Luke's Church Memorial Fund.
