Beechwood Estates is a housing development south of Trudeau Road that was developed in the late 1970s by John Decker on land that was originally part of Mountain View Farm. It includes Beechwood Drive, Cherry Tree Lane, Maple Leaf Drive and Oakwood Place.
The development was plagued with problems caused by water lines, drainage and culverts from 2004 through 2007.
