Donald Walsh Dies After Long Illness
Donald Walsh, formerly of Saranac Lake, died this morning at the Syracuse Hospital following a long illness.
Prior to going to Syracuse about a month ago he had been a patient at Sunmount Veterans Hospital for four years. A veteran of World War II, he is survived by his wife, the former Marjorie Barney, of Constable; a son, David, of Malone; his father James Walsh, of Saranac Lake, and a brother, William, a patient at Sunmount.
Mr. Walsh was born Dec. 24, 1912, in Montreal.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
