MRS. F. H. MCKEE RITES TUESDAY

Mrs. Helen Frances McKee, widow of Frank H. McKee, of Saranac Lake, died last night in New York City.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Dickinson and Streeter Funeral Home, State St., Springfield, Mass. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Springfield.

Mrs. McKee was born in Pittsfield, Mass., on August 22, 1878, the daughter of Mary and Martin Goodwin. Her early life was spent in Boston. She married Mr. McKee in 1900.

Survivors include two sons, Dr. Frederick H. McKee, of New York City and Darien, Conn., and Dr. David R. McKee, of Paul Smith's.

Mrs. McKee was a charter member of the Saranac Lake Village Improvement Society and the Lend-A-Hand Society. She was the first secretary of the Saranac Lake General Hospital Auxiliary and was active in public affairs, for many years.

Mrs. McKee left for New York City in September and after surgery at St. Luke's Hospital went to the home of her son in Darien, Conn., to recuperate.

As a member or members, Frank H. McKee and his wife, Helen F. McKee, were named in the sale of Pontiac Club property to the Saranac Lake Boys' Club, Inc., in 1917.
