A tiny woman, Jeanette Conroy Valdez was an avid golfer, even into her nineties.
She is buried in St. Bernard's Cemetery.
A brick at the Saranac Laboratory has been dedicated in the name of Jeanette and Jack Valdez by Judy Landes.
