Kenneth Wright was a World War II veteran. He was a son of John and Borgia Rogers Wright of Vermontville.

Kenneth Wright, 60, died early today at his home in Vermontville.
Mr. Wright was born in Vermontville, a son of John and Borgia Rogers Wright, and had lived there most of his life. He had been employed by the Rosebud Creamery of Saranac Lake before he became ill.
Survivors are: his wife, Vida Winch Wright; two sons, Kenneth, Jr. of Vermontville and Richard of Saranac Lake; a sister, Mrs. Edna Swinyer of Vermontville, a brother, James of Syracuse; seven grand children and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Fortune Funeral Home after 7 o'clock this evening. The funeral service will be in the Bloomingdale Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Friday. The Rev. J. Bernard Fell, pastor of the church, will conduct the service assisted by the Rev. Dale Stotler, pastor of the Vermontville Church of the Nasarene. Burial will follow the service in Union Cemetery in Vermontville.
