He and his wife are buried in St. John's Cemetery in Paul Smiths.

Howard Kemp, Sherman Parsons, Phil Hubbard and Dr. Brown of Plattsburg and T. A. O'Neill and Dr. J. W. Scott emerged from the wilderness Sunday with the carcasses of three bucks which they bagged in a few days of hunting in the McCollums section not far from Paul Smith's. That famous Adirondack guide, Leon Disotelle, led the nimrods to the hunting grounds.

Doctor Dies of Heart Attack in Woods; Was Known to Forks People
A Rochester physician died of a heart attack in the woods near Paul Smith's Sunday. State police said Dr. Dwight Irvin Lemley, 52, of Park Ave., Rochester, was stricken and died less than a mile west of Route 10 near Rice Lake. Franklin County Coroner Frank St. Mary said death was due to heart attack. Dr. Lemley was staying at Leon Disotelle's home where he made his headquarters for many years each hunting season and was known to many Au Sable Forks residents.

MAN DIES IN McCOLLMS
SARANAC LAKE At 9:28 yesterday morning, 7 members of the Saranac Lake Rescue Squad went to the home of Leon Disotelle, 76, in McColloms. Mr, Disotelle was found dead on arrival, and the squad called the county coronor and the state police as it was an unattended death.
