The funeral service for Leon B. Paye, 80, justice of the peace of the Town of Franklin for 34 years, who died Saturday in an automobile accident, will be held at St. Paul's Church in Bloomingdale at 10 a. m. Wednesday. Interment will be in St. Paul's Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Fortune Funeral Home where the Rosary will be said on Tuesday evening.

Mr. Paye had played the violin in a dance orchestra and had been a fiddler for square dances. He was married on Nov. 21, 1922 to Alice Girard who survives him.

He was born May 21, 1887 in Vermontville, a son of Sylvenus and Aurilla Chase Paye.

Other survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Thelma) Buck of Saranac Lake, and six grandchildren.
