173 Broadway Pascal Urgo's Restaurant was an Italian restaurant at 173 Broadway owned by Pascal "Patsy" Urgo Sr.; when his son Pascal Linwood Urgo, Jr. was killed over the Pacific in World War II, Patsy sold the building to the Veteran's Club for one dollar.
