Robert G. Walsh, known as Bob, was a son of John H. Walsh and Imogene R. Walsh, and the grandson of Dr. John C. Russell. He lives in Summerfield, Florida.

SARANAC LAKE - The following are excerpts from the latest Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce newsletter prepared by Chamber Executive Director Sue Dyer.

Board Member Profile: Robert "Bob" Walsh has served on the Chamber Board since 1982. He lives at 30 Petrova Ave., and has two children, Whitney and Bridget.
He has been with the American Management Associations for 21 years, and has served as vice president of the Saranac Lake operations for a year and a half.
Walsh is vice president of WCFE-TV in Plattsburgh, chairman of the Audit Committee of the Saranac Lake Elks Lodge 1508, and is on the Community Service Committee of the Rotary Club.
He is chairman of the chamber's successful Summer Park Concert Series.
He says he belongs to the Chamber and serves on the board of directors because, "The Chamber is an integral part of the business and community life of the Saranac Lake area". He says he is "impressed by its positive attitude, dedication and success and by the volunteers who give so much of their time each year".
