What do you know about Saranac Lake-license plate topper 1930's -1940's?

From the 1920's to the 1950's License Plates had what were called Toppers.  Today, License Plates can have frames that surround the whole plate.

Here is an example of a Saranac Lake Topper most likely from the 1930's to the 1940's, 

Saranac Lake was known as "The Little City In The Adirondacks" due to so many people coming here for "The Cure"
