Sewell F. Bunker

Sewell F. Bunker, who had been a painter in this area for 46 years, died early Saturday evening at his home, 104 Main St., Saranac Lake.

Mr. Bunker was a World War I veteran. He was born April 26, 1898, in Bloomingdale, a son of Charles L. and Catherine Paye Bunker.

Survivors are his wife, the former Bertha Denton; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond LaRose, and a brother, Sidney Bunker, all of Saranac Lake. A great aunt; Mrs. Jack Flynn of Gabriels, also survives.

Friends may call at the Keough and Son Memorial Chapel from 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p. m. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Luke's Church with the rector, the Rev. Peter O. W. Hill, officiating. Cremation will be at the Gardner-Earle Crematory in Troy.
