Comment: The Shults Cottage at 5 Shepard Avenue was managed by Regina Shults, who had an adopted daughter named Penny. The cottage was completely destroyed by a fire and not rebuilt. One of the patients was Inez Simpson; her son Barry Simpson currently resides in Lake Placid.
