Wesley Murry moved to Vermontville with Phebe about 1855; they received a 40-acre lot (Lot 357 South) from Gerrit Smith c. 1846 on the northern slope of "Negro Hill." He also owned and
presumably resided on 100 acre Lot 283 West at the corner of Muzzy and Oregon Plains Road.
After Wesley's death, Phebe moved to Malone c. 1875, and later to Brunswick, New York.
