The Hot Truck is a greasy Cornell University late night tradition. This landmark was even featured on food network's Serious Eats. Basically they serve french bread Pizza, like stouffer's, (in fact this is where stouffer's got the idea) folded over to form a sort of pizza sub. The owner, who retired sold the truck to Shortstop Deli, who continues to dish out these piping hot pizzas on Ithaca Bakery's freshly baked french bread.
