Todd Harper, the creator of this wiki, moved to Lompoc in 1996. As a student at Lompoc High School, he was actively involved in many aspects of the schools drama department from acting to design, directing to stage management, organizational leadership to designing their website.

Now studying psychology and dramatic arts at UC Davis, Todd is still active in creating dramatic productions, leading through his fraternity, Alpha Gamma Omega, and participating in other campus organizations.

Inspired by the Davis Wiki, Todd created this site for the Lompoc community to reach out and discover things about Lompoc that they may never have known.
