Panther Coffee is a roaster and coffee shop in the Wynwood art district. They sell some coffee-related foods (including vegan cookies), but the real reason to go is the coffee they roast on-site. Story goes that the coffee shop started with a guy from Portland met a girl from Brazil at some barista convention and they decided to set up shop somewhere in the middle, Miami being in the middle. If you're over all the cafecitos, this is arguably, the best coffee in Miami.
