Frances Frommer is a local author, She is a retired librarian (Hamilton Central Library), who is owned by two felines—Angel and Star. She has published articles on cats in “I Love Cats” and Cat talk. Frances is a volunteer for the Halton/Peel Pet Loss Support Group. In 2009, she published Surviving & Thriving Solo: Options When You Live Alone—a humorous, illustrated self-help book.
