The East Branch is the historical name of the east branch of the Norwalk River in West Rocks neighborhood, north of its junction with the Silvermine River.

In Wilton, East Branch referred to the branch of the Norwalk River north of its junction with Comstock Brook (which was formerly called the "Fall Branch").¹
