B-Side Baking Co. is the latest creation of chef Tanya Holland. It opened in March, 2015 at the location of the former BSide BBQ. It is owned by Holland, and headed by Celeste Scott who does the baking for Holland's Brown Sugar Kitchen restaurant. 1 They plan to expand lunch and eventually dinner.
