Firebrand Artisan Breads is a small, locally owned Oakland based bakery located in West Oakland, California. While mostly a wholesale business to various restaurants and cafes in San Francisco and Oakland, their breads and other baked goods are sold at various locations, including the Oakland Whole Foods, both Bi-Rites in San Francisco, Sundays at the Kensington Farmers Market, and at goodeggs.com.
According to their Facebook page "We craft naturally leavened, handmade breads, baked in a wood fired oven here in lovely Oakland. We have a deep passion for the craft of baking and like to let our bread speak for itself. We hope you find it delicious, because we enjoyed making it for you." 1
