Philomath Community Services is a 501 C-3 nonprofit organization that is staffed year round by 100% volunteers supporting each of our four programs. We have no paid staff. PCS reaches out and assists the community with four different programs managed by department heads with the oversight of the board of directors. The programs are comprised of Philomath Food Bank, Baby Bank, Gleaners and Holiday Cheer.
