He is a four-time recipient of the Publicists Guild of America’s Outstanding Achievement in a Motion Picture Publicity Campaign for “Titanic,” “Braveheart,” “Forrest Gump” and “Spider-Man,”  and also received a nomination for Nickelodeon's Movies "The Rugrats Movie."  Blaise is a long-standing member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and the Cinematographers Union/The Publicists Guild of America.
