Eschelon Hospitality was founded by G Patel with the purpose of developing and delivering exciting and unique hospitality concepts to the Raleigh-Durham area.
Patel earned a business degree from NC State University and opened Maanjri Lounge (later to become Pi Bar) near campus shortly after graduation. After selling Pi Bar, he purchased Mura @ North Hills and started Eschelon Hospitality. Since its inception, Eschelon Hospitality has set the standard for sushi restaurants and continues to expand other concepts throughout the Triangle.
