These three houses--the Heck-Lee House, the Heck-Wynne House, and the Heck-Pool House--were built in a variation of the Second Empire style by Colonel Jonathan M. Heck, a developer in the Oakwood neighborhood. Located on adjacent lots in the Oakwood Historic District, the houses are differentiated by alterations made to them over time. They are also listed individually in the National Register of Historic Places. Private residences.
