The Mordecai Citizens Advisory Council provides a means for citizens and neighborhoods to participate in the city’s decision-making process.

All residents north of Peace Street and south of Atlantic Avenue, between Brookside and West Street, belong to the Mordecai CAC. This area covers several downtown neighborhoods, including Mordecai Neighborhood, Oakdale, Pilot Mill, Capital Park, and East Mordecai. We hope that residents from all over the area will get involved by connecting with neighbors with some of our communication options, attending meetings, coming to the social events, and volunteering in the community.
