Access Sacramento is the local public access television channel available on Comcast and Surewest cable channels 17 and 18. The station provides an opportunity for members of the Sacramento community to produce their own television programming. Examples of which are Sacramento Soapbox a public affairs program, Libertarian Counterpoint, Capitol Chaos and TWF Tower of Power.

They also have a radio station only available via cable radio frequency 88.7 FM known as 'The Voice'. 'The Voice' of Sacramento is Non-Commercial, Free form, Volunteer produced Radio. It is broadcast also on Internet Streaming audio and Cable Radio SAP.
