The same people who run Eight-Way Vege also established this restaurant on the cheap, Chinese fast food joint. They have a pretty decent Vegetarian menu (tofu, faux chicken, faux beef) and the guy who works the front is super nice! Here is a link to their menu: Dragon Express Menu.pdf ** UPDATE 10/31/09: I went here for the first time today to be informed that the "new owner" doesn't order any of the faux meats anymore because they are too expensive. They have not taken the faux meats off the menu though, nor were they willing to make the faux meat dishes with tofu, either. Not a great choice for vegetarians.
