River City Brewing Company is a restaurant and bar in Downtown Sacramento in the K Street Mall. They have 22 different lagers and ales brewed throughout the year. They also offer catering, a banquet hall and patio available for events.
Wednesday nights are $3.50 pint night, and Happy Hour 3-6 Monday thru Friday.
If you sit at the bar you will see that at least some of the spots have engraved nameplates. This is presumably due to regulars wanting to be able to always have their own spot, though it's probably not enforced too hardly.
