Where Lake Avenue becomes 5th Avenue.5th Avenue in Santa Cruz is near the Santa Cruz Harbor. It is just over 2,000 feet long. From Carmel Street to Eaton Street, 5th Avenue is one-way going north. From Carmel Street going south to a road barrier it is two-way traffic. From the barrier going south to the East Cliff Drive, 5th Avenue is one-way (going south).
