Where the creek meets the sea.

Community

About two miles from the town of Davenport, CA.

History

Agua Puera Creek formed part of the boundry of Rancno Agua Puera y Trancas.  It flows under Highway 1 to Davenport Landing Beach where it meets the sea.

At the mouth of Agua Puera Creek  the settlement of Davenport Landing was started.

As a creek with major water flow, some listings assume it must have fish. Aagua Puera Creek does not have fish, and no ocean fish can navigate the falls, pipes, and overgrowth associated with the creek.
