Beckmann's Bakery sells bread made with all natural ingredients to farmers markets and 300 grocery stores, as well as through their online store. Acording to their website the bakery bakes and delivers 15,000 loaves of bread a day.
The bakery is available to schools and organizations for tours. Tour days are Mondays and Wednesdays.
Beckmann's Bakery operated a Westside retail location open to the public at 2341 Mission Street which closed in 2008.

2009-03-22 22:51:05 Beckmann's bakery was a totally alright place until they sold it. After it became Brendan's, the new owner skimped on everything, using cheap bullshit ingredients to make poor quality versions of the old foods for the same price. —70.143.84.81

2010-07-11 10:24:40 After being a loyal customer for many years because of the quality of your product, I have just bought my last loaf of your bread! The checker and I both agree that paying $5.50 for a loaf of bread that is shrinking in size and increasing in price is totally unacceptable!

I've been a loyal devotee for over fifteen years now, and I'm among many who are celebrating Beckmann's 25 years in business by congratulating them on baking the finest loaves and pies around!
