A locally owned egg ranch that produces: "Cage Free" white & brown eggs, "Organic Free Range" brown eggs, and an "Organic Fertile" brown egg line, all of which are distributed to over 500 restaurants and grocery stores around the greater Monterey Bay and San Francisco Bay areas.  There is also an Egg Vending Machine at the ranch, where you can buy flats of 24 fresh eggs when the store is closed.

As a by-product from owning a egg ranch, they also sell composted chicken manure (known as Glaum's "Organic Composted Fertilizer").

The 28 acre ranch is nestled in the foothills of Santa Cruz County surrounded by healthy organic fields and cooled by the natural air-conditioning from ocean breezes off Monterey Bay.  They are a 100% CAGE FREE family farm.  The chickens, at anytime, have the luxury of roaming free, dust bathing, perching, nesting, eating and drinking.  The chickens drink fresh water daily from our own well and are fed vegetarian and natural organic diets without animal proteins, hormones or antibiotics.

They provide the freshest eggs available to Northern California grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries - typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after laying.  They guarantee the quality of every egg produced, backed up by the Glaum family's exceptional, personal customer service.

They received the honor of being the first egg ranch in California to be Certified Humane by Humane Farm Animal Care.  Their organic eggs are certified organic following the regulations of the U.S. Department of Agriculture National Organic Program.  They are a proud member of the Community Alliance with Family Farmers who advocates for California family farmers and sustainable agriculture.
