Description of Work
The Capitola sea wall art tiles were installed in June 2008 by Ted and Ryan Latshaw of Latshaw Tile & Stone, which was the culmination of a several month long community art project. Blank 8 by 6 inch tiles were available for $35 each, and anyone who wanted to was invited to paint or decorate one at Petroglyph Ceramic Lounge.
