Kaiser Permanente Mission Bay is a planned new Kaiser Permanente medical office in Mission Bay.
Kaiser paid $55mn for a plot at 1600 Owens St. that can have a 264,000 sq ft building on it. The Kaiser building will be 10 stories tall.
In July, 2013, SF Business Times reported that the deal would be closed in Dec. 2013 and that construction would last 18 months.
According to CurbedSF, Kaiser picked this site after things didn't work out with a planned site in Potrero Hill.
