Sol (aka Mission Bay Block 13) is a planned building project at 4th and Channel Street in Mission Bay. It will have a 5-story base building area and a 16-story tower. It will have 273 apartments. The whole thing came out to $117mn. It is being built by Equity Residential and Nibbi Construction. The architect is HKS Architects.The expected completion date is spring 2015.
