This stand is run by the Cal Poly Fruit Science Enterprise Class.  The Enterprise consists of students who enroll in a class and get units and learn all about farming. There are the fruit science and organic enterprises.  Anyone can take the class, even if they are not in the College of Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Resources. It's exciting when they get really excited about how everything works!  They even have a hydroponic unit!

They sell produce at farmers markets as well as on campus at the farm stand, and they have a  U-Pick.  All the produce is seasonal.   They sell blueberries, peaches, apricots, plums, and apples in the summer season, too. They also have a fruit called a tangelo, which is a hybrid between a tangerine and grapefruit.
