Community Health Centers of the Central Coast is a 501(c)(3) non-profit network of community health centers, founded in 1978 that offers fully accredited medical, dental and chiropractic care as well as health education and specialty care. Clients include low income, uninsured community members with special emphasis on homeless people, migrant and seasonal farm workers, and public housing residents. They operate four of the SLO county Family Care Centers.
