COLOR THE TOWN PINK

Color the Town Pink is a month long event to raise awareness of breast cancer.  It is held during the month of October, and has far to many offerings to list here.  Since the Tallahassee Democrat is the lead sponsor, it is best to check each day's paper in order to be apprised of all functions.  The first day of October, the Democrat publishes the paper on pink paper, the Historic Old Capitol is enhanced with pink spotlights, and most businesses display pink in someway.
