Athletic Mission offers an innovative approach to training – building a solid foundation while staying focused on the athlete’s individual goals. Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed techniques, speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. 

The workouts consist of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with strong focus on basic and proper techniques. The workouts become progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. 

The program focus on the following: Speed, Explosive Power, Strength, Conditioning, Flexibility, Injury Reduction and Nutrition Education.
