Pepper Tree park is a pretty old park located near the center of Old Town. It is close enough to hear the bells of the Tustin Presbyterian Church every hour, and is generally a nice place to hang out. It features nice grassy fields which are awesome for soccer, kiting. It also has a softball diamond, playground, picnic shelter, barbecues, and a neat outdoor stage. The city will sometimes hold events here for kids, though it is not as big as the nearby Columbus Tustin Park it has bigger grass areas that are nicely maintained.
